At Gallery Lumina, each month brings new stories, new colors, and new emotional landscapes. April has been particularly moving, thanks to the soulful and evocative works of featured artist Tetyana Hubska.

Tetyana’s art is more than what meets the eye—it is a quiet yet powerful conversation between nature, memory, and emotion. Her exhibition this month has turned our gallery space into a sanctuary of reflection and serenity, where visitors linger, pause, and feel.

Rooted in a deep connection to nature, still life, and diverse human experiences, Tetyana’s work speaks in many languages—through oils, acrylics, watercolors, graphite pencils, and digital collage. Her botanical art and still life paintings reveal the delicate, intricate beauty of the natural world, while her digital collages invite us to explore the depths of emotional and psychological landscapes.

What sets her work apart is the vulnerability behind it. Profound personal experiences—the loss of her father, the impact of the global pandemic, and the ongoing war in Ukraine—flow through her art, creating pieces that are at once intimate and universally resonant. Her creations offer not only a moment of beauty, but also an invitation to pause, reflect, and heal.

This April, we are honored to showcase Tetyana’s work at Gallery Lumina, located at 5043 Tuttle Crossing Blvd, Suite 257, Dublin, Ohio 43016. Our gallery is dedicated to connecting the local community with meaningful, thought-provoking art. Every month, we showcase five artists chosen through an open call, and we are proud to say that Tetyana’s work has touched the hearts of many this April.

Her presence in the gallery, both as an artist and as a storyteller, brought depth to our space. Visitors found themselves drawn into her layered compositions—some finding comfort, others discovering new perspectives, all leaving with a lasting impression.

Prior to her exhibition at Gallery Lumina, Tetyana’s work was featured in the group exhibition “3 for the Earth” at the Priscilla R. Tyson Cultural Arts Center in Columbus, Ohio, from February 21 to March 29, 2025. This exhibition celebrated nature through art, and Tetyana’s contributions included drawings, paintings, and digital images that captured the intricate beauty of the natural world and delved into emotional and psychological landscapes.

As we continue our journey at Gallery Lumina, we are reminded of the healing power of art and the importance of sharing stories. Tetyana’s work this month has done just that—offering beauty, insight, and emotional release during times when we need it most.

To Tetyana, we extend our deepest gratitude. And to our community, thank you for supporting the arts and joining us in celebrating the resilience and beauty that creativity can bring.
