We invite passionate and dedicated women artists to submit their works for our upcoming Women Artists Group Exhibition in June, 2025. This exhibition aims to showcase female diverse artistic voices and creative expressions.

We encourage local women artists to participate, showcase their artwork, and connect with a broader audience through digital media promotion. Additionally, one outstanding artist from the group will receive a Woman Artist of the Month award.

Eligibility

• ⁠Open to local women artists working in any medium(2D).
• Applicants must be 18 years or older.
• ⁠ ⁠No prior exhibition experience is required.

Submission Guidelines

• ⁠All submitted works must be original and created by the artist.
• ⁠Artworks should be appropriate for a general audience. We encourage creativity while maintaining respect for all viewers.
• All artworks must be properly wired and ready to display.
• ⁠Selected artworks must be available for the entire time of exhibition duration.

Application Requirements

• ⁠A statement of interest (250 words max) describing your artistic practice and vision.
• ⁠A current CV (no prior exhibition experiences required).
• ⁠Five pictures of your recent works for selection (high-resolution images).
• ⁠Title, medium, dimensions, and price (if for sale) for each submitted piece. The gallery will retain a 20% commission on each sale.

Important Deadlines

• Entry Deadline: 05/26/2025
• Drop off: 05/28/2025 at 1 pm - 6 pm (if selected)
• Event Dates: 06/02/25 - 06/24/2025
• Pickup: 06/26/2025 at 2 pm - 6 pm (if selected)

Application Fee

• A non-refundable submission fee of $20 is required.
